I’ve always dreamt of the time when we’ll have just one book. Actually, one interface to read all our books. The technology is slowly getting there. Apparently, Sony’s new e-book reader called the Librie, is very impressive.
It’s display technology is provided by E Ink. It uses the battery only to load the page. Keeping it on the screen doesn’t require any power. The Librie can store upto 10,000 pages, but as usual, Sony has a DRM system which will kill the product no matter how good it is.
